"I'll develop the characters in a line drawing and then I'll either create a maquette in clay or I'll do a number of different drawings to develop the character, find out how people feel about it," Grand Vision Gaming's game developer and graphic artist explains.

In fact, a single character often requires dozens of revisions before it's considered perfect by every team involved in the final product.

"We also end up working with programmers very closely," Moore points out. "They go back and forth, and they also add to it as well. You have the same elements here that you have in developing a motion picture."
